A private pole dance app for finding tricks, logging sessions, and seeing progress over time. It is a visual reference and training journal—not a technique course or a replacement for an instructor.
02How does Polara track pole dance progress?+
Organize each trick as To Learn, Learning, or Landed. Log practice sessions and notes, then review training history and level progress in one place.
03How many pole tricks are included?+
Polara includes a searchable library of more than 100 pole dance tricks across five levels. You can filter the library by level, tag, and learning status.
04Is Polara suitable for beginners?+
Yes. Beginner pole dancers can browse by level, save moves they want to learn, and build a personal practice record at their own pace.
05Is Polara a pole dance tutorial app?+
No. Polara provides visual references and progress tracking. It does not teach technique and is not a replacement for a qualified pole instructor.
06Can I add custom pole tricks?+
Yes. Add custom tricks and reference photos for studio-specific names, personal combinations, or moves that are not already in the library.
07Do I need an account?+
No account is required. Polara keeps your training data local on your device by default, with backup and restore controlled by you.
